Yomawari: Lost In The Dark free demo is now available on PSN and Switch; Story content not in main game

Publisher NIS America has announced that a free demo for the upcoming third installment in the Yomawari horror franchise, Yomawari: Lost in the Darkis now available on PlayStation Network and the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Potential buyers can get a preview of what to expect from the full experience alongside “special story content not appearing in the main game.”

The Yomawari The series started on the PlayStation Vita with Yomawari: Night alone. Then, a sequel titled Yomawari: Midnight Shadows was released for the same system alongside the PlayStation 4. Both titles are now available for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, with the latter console having bundled them under the Yomawari: Long Night Collection. These games are horror adventures, with the terror usually being emitted via disturbing images and lonely premises. Additionally, several collectibles and optional events around the world help make exploration a core part of the experiences and a satisfying endeavor for the finalists. Hopefully this upcoming third entry proves appealing to fans and potential newcomers alike.

Yomawari: Lost in the Dark releases for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam on October 25, 2022.
