At least 15 demos will be dropped in the shadows at the Game Awards.

As we reported earlier, we already know two of the titles that will be presented at the Game Awards. Now, it looks like the Microsoft store leaked 13 more, as exclusive Game Awards 2021 demos popped up on the storefront.

A total of 15 demos have been spotted on the store (thank you, Real achievements), with their pages listing an upcoming “TGA21Demo”, implying that it will be dropped live during the event.

Below is a list of all the games spotted on the showcase so far, including the two we previously noted:

  • Aspire: the story of Ina

  • Aztech: Forgotten Gods

  • Collection of circuit breakers

  • Josh Journey: Totems of Darkness

  • Mind scanners

  • Nobody saves the world

  • Outbreak: contagious memories

  • The Raccoon Adventure

  • Space ship

  • Super Toy Cars Offroad

  • The pursuit of Ellen

  • The darkest tales

  • The Gardner and the wild vines

  • Treasures of the Aegean Sea

  • What is in the multiverse

It appears that no new store pages have been listed with the title “TGA21demo” since this last report. However, there is still plenty of time to go until the Game Awards kick off, so it’s worth watching.

Considering what we also heard from presenter Geoff Keighley, it would make sense to have even more live demos during the event. In an interview earlier this month, Keighley said the Game Awards will focus a lot more on game announcements than in previous years, indicating there will be fewer celebrity cameos than previous showcases. At that time, he could confirm that there will be at least “40-50 games” at the awards ceremony, ten of which will be world premieres.

Nominations are also available now, showing us who has the chance to hit the jackpot. The main contenders for the Game of the Year category are Deathloop, It Takes Two, Metroid Dread, Psychonauts 2, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Resident Evil Village, but other titles will have a chance in all thirty award categories.
